The Farmers Market

Last Saturday we went to the Lexington's Farmer's Market, the weather was perfect. It was right downtown. The kids thought it was a lot of fun. We also walked a few blocks to the doughnut shop to get the kids some fresh doughnuts. The only thing the kids felt bad about was not having their dog with them. So many people had their dogs there, and all along downtown. We came home with fresh locally grown, peaches, apples, peppers, squash, corn and tomatoes.

We had some other errands we needed to get done in Lexington so we ended up spending the day in Lexington. Houston and Eden really thought we should stay in one of the big hotels in downtown Lexington. They thought we were a lot farther away from home than we were.
