Pioneer Day

On Friday, it was pioneer day at the elementary school, I also attended the festivities dressed as a pioneer too (these days I am at school almost as much as the kids). Here the kids are not allowed to dress up for Halloween, but each year they pick an education theme and the kids are allowed to dress up with the theme.  Since, I was volunteering I dressed up as well.  The kids had a lot of fun, they made butter, milked a cow, made candles, and learned about the pioneers.
